ESCO AUTOMATIC Dental Water Distiller

The ESCO water distiller is a purification tool that purifies your water source and helps you get a continuous supply of distilled water, whether you are at home or in the office. It can remove VOCs and impurities from water, and the distillation speed can reach 1L/1.2L/1.5L per hour. It can also be used to distill essential oils. WHAT DOES A MEDICAL GRADE WATER DISTILLER REMOVE?

First Startup

After power, turn ON the ON/OFF switch, the indicator liaht is on, the fan is runnincand the machine enters the heating state .

Water Injection

The water at the maximum scale water level is heatedfor about 30 minutes, and the distilled water slowly drips out.

ON/OFF Switch:

To stop distilled water production, simply turn off the ON/OFF switch. There’s no need to wait for the inner tank to dry; the switch can be turned back on when production resumes.

Working principle of distilled water machine

The water distiller functions by filling its boiling chamber with tap water, either through an automatic water line or by manual filling. Once the water heats to a boil, it transforms into steam, leaving impurities behind in the chamber. This steam is then cooled and condensed back into distilled water, which is collected in durable stainless steel tanks. This setup ensures that you always have a supply of distilled water available for use in your dental office. The system features an automatic refill mechanism that maintains a capacity of 5, 10, or 25 gallons, depending on the size of the tank, making it a reliable and user-friendly option for dental practices.
